Returns
We aim for your utmost satisfaction with your purchase, as we firmly believe that the products we provide are investments towards your wellbeing. Should you find that the product you've acquired is no longer necessary, not quite the right fit, or if you simply wish to return it, you are welcome to do so. If you decide that the product you purchased is no longer required, not the right item or you simply wish to return it you can do so. Returned items will be reimbursed for the full purchase once we received them. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since your delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undeteriorated and in the original packaging. Books, journals with obvious signs of use will be partially refunded 50% of original price.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you that item has been received. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 working days.
Late or Missing Refunds
It may take up to 14 working days for a refund to reach your account depending on payment method. If 14 days has elapsed, please contact your bank or credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. This is beyond our control and the timing varies depending on your card issuer.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
Items may only be replaced if damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.
Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping on the original order will be deducted from your refund, as well as the cost of shipping the return if this is arranged by us.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
